docker run --init doesn't work

docker run --init doesn't work with `exec -- failed: No such file or directory` message

I did some googling and found 0015320: docker run --init doesn't work - CentOS Bug Tracker and checked version in LibreELEC and got 18.09.7. I guess this version is affected by the bug described in the link below. Could the fix be backported or Docker updated?

I guess removing this line LibreELEC.tv/package.mk at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub will fix the issue
