How does LibreELEC realize VPU decoding?

LibreELEC Looks like can be use hardware decode on H6 board,But I can't found any userspace driver in rootfs,

This confused me. I kown LibreELEC has cedrus kernelspace driver patch,but where is userspace driver?

Does he don't need userspace driver?

Cedrus implements request API which can be used from userspace. Currently, LE patches ffmpeg to use this interface directly. I wouldn't say that there is userspace driver - it's not needed for this case.
