Neo X8-H Plus hangs because it does not find STORAGE

Hi, I am new to this forum.

I have just created an SD card with:

LibreELEC-MXIII_Plus.arm-LE9-Kodi_18.6_ap6181.img.gz

and it booted and installed libreELEC.

However it stops during booting with the following message:

Error found in mount_storage: mount_common: could not mount LABEL=STORAGE

can anyone help me?
