generic x86 on intel i5 libreelec trying to run emby server, no hardware accelerated encoders found?

Hell, I am sure i am doing things no one else is trying but i am trying to run emby server and it runs and works, however it is always software transcoding. can anyone aid me in getting hardware to work, i am a premium member as i also use livetv.

i am unsure how to install quicksync drivers in libreelec?

After trying the docker version with same issue I reinstalled the repo version and i do have a encoder listed as vaapi no decoders though. consider the issue resolved i guess.

chalk it up to pebkac I was looking at a other pc with windows expecting to list the same encoders i guess still unsure why no decoder is listed but encoding seems functional.
