How do I get audio output through the PCIe sound card in the HTPC?

My HTPC has an Asus Xonar SE PCIe sound card installed. I see it in the Kodi settings but when selected, there's no sound. The sound card is connected to a receiver through the digital out. How do I get this working?

Here's the 01_KODI.log. For some reason, the log is much bigger than the previous ones so I have to zip it.
