Frozen at splash screen 9.2.0 (official) but had been working (with HDHomeRun add-in) for 24 hours straight

As the subject states, the Pi3b with 9.2.0 was working perfect running live TV on HDHomeRun for a 24 hour test. I powered down to replace the case (removing the microSD then reinstalling it) and now I get to the splash screen (red solid, green blinks randomly) and it freezes.

Have anyone seen this before? Before I SSH in and pull logs, and waist others time, I wonder if this is a known issue?

No. If you did a clean shutdown after your last session, then maybe your 24 hour test created an overload of temporary data.
