Strange sweeps on my TV screen

Hi there,

I'm new here and I have just installed libreelec on my Raspberry Pi4.

Everything is working fine. Except when I am scrolling between menu items and videos, streaks appear on my TV screen. Does that have anything to do with my TV? I use a MEDION® LIFE® E14064 40" FULL HD TV (MD 31463)

Is it something that I can change in the config? Or is it because I am not using the original Raspberyy Pi4 power supply? This only goes up to 2.5Amps. Does anyone else have this problem? Who can help me? Thanks a lot!

I have solved it!
The problem was due to the refresh rate setting in Kodi.
First I used a Samsung smart TV which is much smaller than my TV in the living room. Samsung supports a much higher refresh rate than the Medion TV. So I have connected the Pi back to the Samsung and set the refresh rate from 30fps to 60fps. And despite the fact that the Medion has a lower refresh rate, this was the solution. Strange but true! Anyway I cooked some popcorn, and grabbed a beer and enjoyed watching my Pi with LibreElec .
