RPi2: no high-resolution display after LE 8 -> 9

Hello,

I am using an RPi2 and running LibreElec 9.1. Somewhere in the upgradde from LE8 to LE9, the ability to use display settings higher than 1920x1080 was lost.

I can't figure out how this happened, and how to fix it. After searching this forum, I saw about adding hdmi_enable_4k=1 to /flash/config.txt, but that didn't improve anything after rebooting.

Is this an Rpi2 vs. Rpi3/4 issue? Any help would be appreciated.
