Upgrade from 8.2.5 to 9.0.2 and lost wake on suspend from remote

Hi all, I upgraded from 8.2.5 to 9.0.2. I am running on a Chromebox and use MCE RC6 remote. I have 4 of these setups. They all were able to wake from suspend by the power button on the remote in 8.2.5. Now with 9.0.2 they all lost ability to wake. Remote still works and power button on the remote still sends it to sleep. But the power button on the remote can no longer can wake it up. Can anyone help? Thanks

I found that I am not alone Wakeup from suspend, using a MCE remote not working correctly in LE9.0.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I still have not found a solution for why I lost wake ability. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix in the works? Thanks.

Can anyone confirm that waking with IR Remote is possible ?
