after update oe to re kodi not run

Hi after i upgrade oe to le my kodi try run but can t it show new kodi logo and it rebote over and over any clue what is happen

Rebooting over and over is usually caused by using the wrong update file.
What sort of computer are you talking about anyway?

Im use rpi 2 and use this file to migrate from oe to le
LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-7.0.2.tar

And which version of OE did you use before upgrading?
I'm also thinking that one of any addons you had installed is causing a problem.
If you have a backup file of OE, then install LibreELEC fresh, and restore the OE backup.
If that doesn't work, then you just need to install everything fresh.

My OE ver is Official 6.0.3 Kernel : Linux 4.1.18
I just thinking about install new LE and restore buckup from old OE but not thinking that will works

It looks like need to install clean LE and all plugin because is that same situation
