SOLVED cron won't work

That explain a lot!

Nobody has ever figured out how to force a computer to start up in the same order every time. And different apps on the same machine having different times is very strange.

I had to do a "systemctl restart cron" (start didn't work) on a fresh LibreELEC installation to make cron syc up today.
