Wetek play how to disable cec or cec auto power off?

I need to disable auto power off with my wetek play with LibreELEC, because when I turn off my TV/avr, wetek play shutdown too, and I don't want it.
How can I prevent wetek play to shut down?
I know I can disable auto power off at my TV,and avr menu, but for me is better when TV shut down avr too, and volume settings to my avr just then working, when auto power off enabled.

Leave enable cec.
Then when I turn off TV and avr, wetek play always turn on this devices.
After playing with other settings I make success.

When I turn off completely cec, why can TV turn off my wetek?

Other question:
How can I rename wetek play?
I mean the CEC name.
