Which SBC works great with LibreElec, with following requirements: 4K, CEC, capable of full implementation of ThePlayersKlub IPTV

Hi. I'm looking to upgrade my Raspberry Pi 3B. It has been very reliable. But I'm seeing more and more 4K content. And the IPTV service I'm using, ThePlayersKlub, doesn't function completely, with EPG, etc. due to Raspberry Pi not fast enough.

CEC is a basic requirement Cannot live without it anymore. It's too seamless to use.

I understand 4K, CEC, isn't hard to find. But TPK should work.

"ThePlayersKlub" is a pirate IPTV service so you're asking for advice in the wrong forum.
