TVHeadend stream is delayed by two hours

I have online streams from local televisions, as M3U links set up as the network in TVHeadend. Everything is working fine, except some of the channels are delayed. The reason is because the m3u playlist I linked includes 2 previous hours of the channel, as I can see when I go to the website, I can rewind the stream by up to 2 hours. So what is happening is TVHeadend is playing the stream from the start, not the end. I have spent the past couple of hours searching many forums for a solution, but I can't seem to find anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!
