LE 9.0 Release: Logitech Harmony Elite not working anymore on Zotac CI323 Nano

I just did update from LE 8.2.5 Release to LE 9.0.0 Release and after that the first thing I mentioned Logitech Harmony Elite is not working anymore on a physical Zotac CI323 Nano (it has a built-in IR receiver) which worked like charm with the chosen Zotac Zbox Nano profile from the Logitech device database.

Now it's just not reacting anymore, absolutely nothing happens when I hit any button.

Anyone else having the same problem? An suggestions how to fix this?

We dropped a bunch of remote configurations in LibreELEC 9.0 that were buggy and/or caused issues (the Zotac config is one of them).
