(First Post) Help Getting Remote Control Working RPI3

    Hi Everyone

    i'm not new to Kodi but i'm new too LibreELEC

    I have installed LibreELEC on RPI3B+ it boots into the gui perfectly

    i have also brought an August PCR450 Remote i'm experiencing problems Linked in other posts

    Libre/Kodi does not respond to any button presses on the remote the only thing that is working is the AIRMouse the reveiws said this was fully functioning with libre

    its the exact remote posted here quoted from the post

    "however it needs 51-these-are-not-joysticks-rm.rules"

    any suggestions on getting this working im not sure what these rules are or how you install them

reboot

    ^ run those commands and see what happens. If nothing changes you need to find the USB device ID's with "lsusb" and crib the format to add them to the rules in the file (only one rule is needed, for your ID's).

    untested file found in 10 seconds by searching Google with "51-these-are-not-joysticks-rm filetype:rules"
