Hi Ive installed newest LE on Rpi-3 and cant see unofficial-addons repository
Ive followed this: OpenELEC - unofficial addons 2
But there is no such repository available. I can see 2 other repos but not LE unofficial..
I need urgently instal VLC but stuck here ... 
Please help / advise !

And what's the hurry? Is there a fire somewhere?
Sorry for misspell - I meant obviously VNC server (Virtual Network Computing)
Im in rush because im in partens house and need to install that before I leave, because those are old people and will not manage LE / Rpi
But both are big fans of LE

OpenELEC is NOT Libreelec
With that being said, I was able to download the OpenELEC unofficial-addon repo from your link
I found 3 different VNC addons that may work for you:
TigerVNC (contained in the LE Repo under "services")
Dispmanx VNC
Raspberry Pi VNC
Just to reduce confusion, we have basically everything from the former unofficial repo now at the LibreElec repo too.
