Wetek play 2 and Optical output

    I just installed libreelec on a play 2 and noticed that the optical audio output option is not available. Is the Optical audio output supported by libreelec on the wetek play 2? is there something I need to do in order to enable it?

    There's nothing to do as the "ALSA: AML-M8AUDIO, HDMI" device outputs simultaneously on HDMI and S/PDIF .. I used it that way for a couple of years before finally upgrading my AVR to something that supports HDMI audio input.
