Hi all,
I have a Mecool M8S Pro W (Amlogic S905W) and it's running LE 8.2.3.1 (kszaq build).
The player is connected to my surround system (Denon AVR-X4000). My TV (Philips 55POS9002) is also connected to the surround system.
If I turn on the tv, the surround system is also automatically turned on and via ARC all sounds are send to the surround system. This works great.
Except when the Mecool player is powered on. Then it hijacks the surround systeem and ARC is not working anymore. Even the AVR is not turned on when I turn on the tv.
If I disconnect the Mecool player from the power surge, everything works again normal.
I already tried several settings in the CEC input adaptor. I even disabled it. But nothing helps.
I also disabled it via 'fw_setenv cecconfig cec0'. Didn't help.
Any idea how I can keep the kodi player connected to the power surge without it's hijacking the AVR?
