LibreELEC with updated dvb drivers

    Have some problems with my usb dvb (s-t) sticks.

    Tried Ubuntu and the only drivers that work are that from updatelee / v4l-updatelee — Bitbucket.

    I want to build myself LibreElec integrating those drivers.

    Had a look at the wiki but instructions are only for building (vanilla) LibreElec from source. Didn't find anything that explains how to add different dvb drivers.

    Can someone point me to the right direction?

    As my crystal ball is currently being serviced - I have no idea what hardware you are talking about.

    Some LE releases have the complete media_build already installed, which should include your driver. Other than that you'll need to recompile the kernel yourself.

    The sticks are:

    1) Astrometa T2 Hybrid DvbT/T2/C/Analog/FM Stick (15f4:0135): works with updatelee drivers.

    Had problems with normal kernel drivers and with media build drivers. It doesn't work in Libreelec 8.2.5 and 9.0

    2) Geniatech HDStar Dvb-S2 v 3.0 (14fd:3000) (old version, not with m88ds3103b): works with updatelee drivers

    It doesn't work in Libreelec 9.0 but works in 8.2.5
