The libreelec repository does not hold a TvHeadend HTSP Client addon for the current LE9 development branch HEAD (4.2.14++).
The change has been integrated into github (GitHub - kodi-pvr/pvr.hts: Kodi's Tvheadend HTSP client addon).
Most developers probably know how to build their own, I don't. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?
