LibreELEC running on a RPi 3

Recently moved from OSMC to OpenELEC and now to LibreELEC. As i've moved, the ease of setting up Live TV with a network tuner (HDHomeRun) is easier and easier. However, this last move to LibreELEC has resulted in a guide viewing issue... my channel numbers are simply 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ... and not 3.1, 3.2, 5.1, 5,2, 5.3, etc... I see the correct channel numbers in Configuration > Channel/EPG > Channels in the Number column, but these numbers are not being displayed in the frontend even though in the backend, under Configuration > DVB Inputs > Networks the check box for the column Ignore provider's channel numbers is not selected (unchecked). I've looked for a setting in the frontend but there seems to be nothing. Any ideas?
