DVDs Aren't Working Properly - Sound & Subtitles, but no picture

    I Have just done a fresh install on LibreELEC on an old laptop

    System Specs + Version Info
    • Intel Pentium T4500 @ 2.3GHz
    • 3GB RAM
    • ~300 GB Hard drive
    • Distribution: LibreELEC (Official)
    • Version: 8.2.3
    • Architecture: Generic.x86_64

    I'm using normal regular DVD (region 2) and am having no luck getting an image, I have tried multiple different DVDs and they all appear to have the same issue of having no Image.

    The DVD menus work (no image - but a blue highlight box shows up that can be moved around and navigated) and I get sound and subtitles.

    Any idea what I might be able to do to fix it ?
