I run Libreelec on an old PC which I normally Wake on LAN or the button on the front. I could start it from the bios timers, too, I guess.
In terms of shutting down, I know there is a sleep option but I think this is related to not "interacting" with Kodi. Since I use the device for PVR recording, is there a sleep/shutdown add on or timer that is a bit more intelligent. i.e....
Shutdown when all TVHeadEnd recordings finished AND a configured time of day has elapsed ? This is for when I start recording something at 1am in the morning and just want the PC to shut down immediately. i.e. 'd set the shutdown timer to 2am so that the PC, unless recording, is never on after 2am.
I guess it would be nice to also be able to wake up the PC when there is a TvHeadEnd recording scheduled but that's another matter.
