    i have oscam and tvheadend running on my pi2.

    my tvheadend config in Configuration -> CA

    Try it with your ip

    in Oscam.conf insert

    [dvbapi]

    enabled = 1

    pmt_mode = 4

    au = 1

    user = tvheadend

    boxtype = pc

    listen_port = 9010
