I have a system HTPC with Intel NUC6i3SYK with 4gb Ram and Libreelec 8.2.1
I can not play a video without shots in 4k codec HEVC.
In information video hardware i see: decoding is inactive.
No problema with video in 4k codec H.264: hardware decoding is active.
