Problems with buffer in raspberry pi 3

Hi, buy my raspberry pi 3 a few days ago and install libreelec, when watching HD quality movies and videos, the video is cut and it does not play continuously. what solution could this problem be given, I think it's from the buffer but I do not know how to fix it?
