How to replace dvb-t firmware?

I've an USB dvb-t tuner Hauppauge "Mytv 700T"

device id is: 2040:c000 Windham

but not working with libreelec embedded siano firmware.

i've to replace sms1xxx-hcw-55xxx-dvbt-02.fw with a firmware extracted from "wintv-ministick-4.3.5-30297-whql"

how can i substitute this firmware?

thanks, i've trying this before but i doesn't work. i think there is a conflict with embedded firmware (same name)
