Install addon on RPi from command line (SSH)

    Hi guys,

    I have Libreelec Krypton 17.6 installed on a Rasbperry Pi 3. It happens that my TV is damaged, and I don't have a screen to display the Kodi's desktop.

    I want to use my notebook to execute a remote desktop, and the only way I found to do so is using VNC. The problem is, since I don't have access to Kodi GUI, I am not able to install the VNC addon on my Kodi RPi. I am trying to do it from command line, using Putty to SSH Kodi, but I couldn't find anywhere a command to install addons from command line.
    Can anybody help me?

    Download the zip to the Pi device and unpack to /storage/.kodi/addons then run SQL commands to 'enable' the addon. IMHO it would be a lot easier to install the Windows version of Kodi on the Notebook and use that until a new TV is sourced.
