PVR WMC installs and works, but fails to load at boot, need to update PVR WMC every boot to get it to work

    I have two fresh LibreElec installs one Raspberry Pi 3 and on x86 system. I have Server WMC 1244 on my Windows media server. PVR WMC fails to intially install, but if update is done the add on installs and works ( Can watch recordings or live TV). But when system is rebooted PVR WMC fails to load giving error message. But, if PVR WMC is updated it works again. Is there a solution to this problem ? https://paste.ubuntu.com/25942652/
