tv recording starts then immediately stops saying finished but nothing in recordings

    i have done a clean install of 8.2.0. but no i no long record TV.

    if i press record in EPG or as immediate start rec it starts then immediately stops say finished recording but there is nothing in the recordings are.

    i have tried forcing an ATO epg update.

    deleted all channels and rescanned

    tvheadend client is set to get all info from backend.

    anyone know where i can start looking for issues?

    Ok so ive fixed it but not sure why it had the issue.

    what i did was tested the record in tvheadend backend, also failed.

    i them mount the recordings share, copied a file into it to see if it was a permission issue. file copied ok.

    deleted file.

    then tried record from tvheadend backend, now it works?

    tested kodi, now records?
