when new version vdr 2.3.x in libreelec 8 or 9

I already did the update work but sadly not all addons are updated anymore.

I basically wait and hope that in some time somebody creates an patch or something for the addons (at the meantime some get rewritten).

You can ofc use Tvheadend today if you need 4k and stuff.
