recently updated my Rpi3 to Libreelec 8.1.2 and started experiencing buffering issues (when the video suddenly stops and loading the video).
didn't have this with earlier versions.
Some youtube tutorials show how to increase the "Enable HQ scalers for scaling above X" percentage - but i noticed that this option does not exist in this version.
is it possible? will it solve this issue? what other method there is to solve it?
My internet is fast enough and the RPi is plugged using a network cable.
