[solved] Kodi 17.x problem - Tvheadend HTSP Client 3.4.24.1 with HTS Tvheadend 4.2.2

Hello,

with the webinterface HTS Tvheadend 4.2.2-32 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v8.1.111 i can see the 3sat HD and 3sat.

If i use the Tvheadend HTSP Client 3.4.24.1 i can see 3sat HD and no 3sat.

3sat is a SD channel.

I don t can see any SD Channel with Tvheadend HTSP Client 3.4.24.1.

The same problem wiht "HTS Tvheadend 4.0.9 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v.102".

How can i solved the problem?

i use LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.0.2 with my Intel PC.

Ubuntu Kodi 17.0 with HTS Tvheadend 4.0.9-16~g63c1034~xenial works with SD Channel

Ubuntu Kodi 17.4 wiht HTS Tvheadend 4.0.9-16~g63c1034~xenial don t works with SD Channels.

Can i change a config for SD Channel in Kodi 17.x?

If HD works but SD not then it is likely no Tvh problem.

You can try to disable the vaapi acceleration at Kodi for mpeg2 (SD), then it just renders via Software but this shouldn't be a problem.

Also you can try to update to latest LE 8.1.2/8.2.

Btw Tvh 4.0.x is very very very outdated and contains a huge amount of bugs, better use 4.2.

Hello, Kodi 17.4 has change the default mpeg-2 solution.

i have have disable the hardware acceleration, now i can see SD Channels.

yes this is an "known" driver issue from the intel drivers, unlikely this get fixed - workaround should work forever
