regional language settings only english

Hall together, I made a completely new installation with LibreELEC-Generic. x86_64-8.1.2. img for testing purposes. When I wanted to change my regional language settings to German, I only had English to choose from. Where do I have to look for other languages?

Kodi add-on repo > Look and Feel > Languages > German

Not really. Kodi Helix (v15) has all languages embedded. Since the release of Kodi Jarvis in Jan 2016 only English is included and other languages must be installed from add-ons to save bulk/size in Kodi.
