Wetek play true 23.976 play?

I have amlogic s805 and s905 devices, wetek play, and Htpc.
All can play true 23.976 fps except wetek play.
On s805,s905 kszaq make true 23.976 fps version of libreelec, maybe possible patch wetek play libreelec to support it?
When I play 23.976 video, wetek play sometimes stutter.
