  • audio issues 8.0.0g

    Hi.
    Just installed 8.0g on a generic S905, 1GB, 100mbps system. Had to use terminal emulator method.

    Everything worked great. I have optical SPDIF audio and it was working ok during first run install. I messed with the audio and left it on HDMI vs. PCM when I shut it down. When it came back I had no audio. I switched it to PCM, restarted, no more audio. Also, when I tried to do passthru, it kept the passthru device as HDMI and doesn't let me change it. I have no more audio now. What can be done?

    The reason i messed with it in the first place was that 5.1 dolby was not working - stayed in stereo.

  • Does not boot into firmware S812

    I have a Matricom GBOX-Q2, S812. Trying to load this firmware: LibreELEC-S812.LAN1000.arm-8.0.1.img.gz

    I get Invalid argument, read-only file system, fsk failed, your system is broken beyond repair

    Turned off power, inserted SD card, held down toothpick until I got the matricom symbol for the second time, and let go.

    Used toothpick method, said had to wait for 120 secs, then got above

    Did I mess up the order?
