I can also confirm that 8.2.1.2 is the first version since the 8.0.1‘s (?) where the RGB fix works.

Sorry for the delay to answer, I live in Mexico City and as you know we have been a little busy around here, regarding your question, everithing works fine since I added those codes to autostart, so my guess is that its working fine.

Update, never mind guys, I've fix it by adding this codes to autostart.sh:
#!/bin/sh
echo 1 > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/output_rgb
echo 'rgb,8bit' > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/attr
echo "480cvbs" > /sys/class/display/mode
I've leave it here so anyone with the same problem can test them.

Verdilak - Does the rgb part work, or is it a leftover from previous versions? According to page 1 it's broken, that's why I'm asking.

It's been reported that it does not work. Try this: echo "rgb,8bit" > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/attr
Sadly this doesn't work for me in 8.1.5
I verified that the values are written to the file through autostart.sh.

I'm looking for an original Android Recovery Image for the Wetek Play 2, just in case. There have been links to these in the Wetek forum, but they have been censored and posters have been silenced.
If anyone could share a link I would be very grateful.

Dear kszaq friend 8.1.3 is really excellent, super working on K1 Pro.
But in WP2 the image does not boot.
I think the dtb.img file is wrong, I am happy to check it out.Best regards...
I can't relate. Using this dtb my WP2 works like a charm. I don't know if there are multiple hardware revisions of WP2, but for all that matters I have one of the earliest boxes produced.

Besides the missing RGB fix I haven't found any misbehavings in 8.1.3 on Wetek Play 2 (NAND install).

It definitely is.
Put "echo 1 > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/output_rgb" (w/o "") into your autostart.sh and you should be good to go.

I'm also happy with 8.0.1j on Wetek Play2.Well, almost as today CEC has stopped working once more. CEC is really nice, but it's so unstable to me.
