Either it´s not picked or the remote doesn´t send. Have you checked the remote not being broken? Or at least the "OK"-button.

No, yes, yes
Be aware, if you have a version bump (because we don´t know from which version you come from), add-ons might become incompatible.
Which OE Version do you run?

Accessing LibreELEC - LibreELEC
No need to use 'sudo'. You are already root after you have been logged in.

Can I presumably migrate from OE to LE without much fuss? Can I backup and then import my db or will I lose all my users and watched status etc?
Yes and yes...not sure about the watched status.
QuoteDoes lsellen's audo repo work smoothly on LE, and will I be able to import these configurations as well? It can take sevearl hours to set all that stuff up and I'd rather avoid that if I can!
Never heard of it, sorry.
Quoteon OE I had my network drives mounted so that they showed up in the normal "storage" area, so that they appeared local to the addons. I don't entirely rememeber how I set this up, but it worked permanently without a hitch for the past 3 years. I did this to use my fast SSD in my OE machine to do all the temporary storage tasks and save the (slow) NAS for long term storage only. Will this type of setup work on LE?
I won't see a reason why not.

ok, thanks for confirming
could you also please test, if you are able to reproduce the issue while using one of our alpha builds?
or with a milhouse build from here: LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0)

The only poblem you will have now, that audio passthorugh is disabled, as said in the setting explanation.
If it works for you, then ok, but it shouldn´t be a solution, tbh
Are you sure you enabled it or did you disable "sync playback to display"?
-
Hmm..strange. The display seems to change fine to 23,976 and then back to 50
Could you please set "Adjust display refresh rate" to "on start/stop"
Do you have "sync playback to display" enabled?
-
Only this: LibreELEC
Those are community build and only supported in the thread you get them from.
-
Yes. The settings are (nearly) the same, but it's called 'LibreELEC'-settings
-
If you are using Estuary as the skin, it's under:
settings->Library settings->General->Show hidden files and directories
-
Don't get me wrong, but are you sure you don't have a typo while entering the wifi password?
-
either you enable debug logging, reproduce your issue while debug logging is enable and provide the log or there is no issue ;). We're not hunting for ghosts. Or better said, we can't help you without the logfile.
Provide it or have fun solving your issue on your own
If you don't know how...not a problem:
HOW TO:Provide Logfile - LibreELEC
^^contains multiple ways how to get the log.
-
probably the repo didn't update. Try to force update the repo with opening the context menu and select "refresh" or similiar.
-
About which ones are you talking about? Give us an example which of our Add-ons don´t install.
Please be aware, that we don´t care and don´t support 3rd party repos which provide all those damned video streaming add-ons. If your question is related to those, please ask where you get them from.
-
Yes, DokiTV (which was a Repo I don´t know of...so I had to google first) contains banned addons. So there is no support for you in this case. Please stop asking further questions about those add-ons. Your postings might get deleted.

Are the files stored locally or on a NAS? Probably a network problem?
I use AeonMQx on a Haswell based HTPC and I have those covers instantly. Sometimes it needs a bit until everything is read. But they should be there after it´s done one time completely. So maybe scroll one time through all of your movies. At next boot, they should be there directly.

really? Damn....didn´t know that
So yeah, my bad then.
