Check the links I send you.

You should at least mention which kind of hardware you are using. Saying it's a "PC" is not much ;)...
If you are able to, see if you can reach the machine via SSH: Accessing LibreELEC - LibreELEC
Probably you have to check your router to get the IP of your LibreELEC device
and if you are able to reach the machine, try to provide a logfile: HOW TO:Provide Logfile - LibreELEC

This are the most recent buils from one of our devs. Your issue might be a driver and modesetting error, which already might be fixed in the build I linked above. Those builds mostly go mainline, so there is a good chance if it's fixed there, it will be fixed in the next version.

I'd be interested to see "df -h" output on the console; how much free space is on the 4GB internal NAND?
have you tried to check this

IIRC "command | paste" works, too....it's a different thing in a real bash. But for OE it works as pastebin

here are some reasons, why we can't help you: Official:Forum rules/Banned add-ons - Official Kodi Wiki
Plexus is on the list of banned add-ons. Because of that we don't allow the discussion of them and we don't give support for those addons. If you have problems with them, ask the maintainer for support.

Just to add something...
The update button is beneath/under the Wetek Play.
This Wiki might help, too: WeTek Play - Official Kodi Wiki

Hmmm...unfortunately I can't see any "name" of any device detected in your debug log, that would mention which HDMI is in use. The only (unfortunately dumb) suggestion I can give, is to try ANY HDMI output the "audio output device" and the "passthrough output device" offers you. Both should be the same in the end as only one of them should work. So please be aware to always change both settings.

Are you sure, you took the correct build and didn´t mix up Wetek Core with Wetek Play?
If any messages would come up, the splash will be overwritten by them. So no need to hide the splash, I guess.

As both are alpha-versions and issue are expected, tbh
we would love to see your debuglog to make things better. We are still working on it and therefore we need you to report upcoming issues. If you have an issue the best way to make things better is to explain the steps needed to reproduce your issue and to provide a debuglog after the issue comes up.
If you don´t know how to provide a debuglog:

Could you please post a screenshot of your audio settings?
And please check if your BIOS is set correctly to use the card as first audio/video device. Disable on-board sound if possible.

Had a talk to milhouse and he recommended to use one of his builds from Kodi forums and report to his thread then
-
then play with:
PlayerProcessDebug
PlayerDebugas the value for 'action'
