I been trying to stream live HD TV using official kodi addons.
Which ones?

Glad that your problem is solved. And thanks for the explanation but
QuoteBe very specific about what is the source and what are the subfolders and to what content you set which source!!! That´s important.
you missed that
But yeah...not important anymore, as your problem seems to be solved

Could you please show us for example how your structure looks like? Be very specific about what is the source and what are the subfolders and to what content you set which source!!! That´s important.
I believe you, if you say "It´s Kodi standard"...but I still want to see it, as I never had any issues with Scraping beginning from Kodi Dharma and especially never had issues with TVDB.
So I´m with Chewitt in relation to the naming and the folder/file structure, which might not be 100% correct.

Try to shut down once completely instead of a reboot and see if it´s saved then.

The USB hard drive should be mounted automatically after you have plugged it in and should be also available as a source. Be aware that USB hard drives should have their own power supply, as the power supply of the RPi might not be enough for that. So either it has it´s own power supply or you plug it into a self-powered USB hub

Could be a bit more specific what you mean exactly with "storing favourites"?

Probably you should provide a logfile first, so we can see, what might go wrong
For Kodi development:
Scrapers - Official Kodi Wiki
Development - Official Kodi WikiI never had problems with TVDB. All my TV-Shows are scraped fine whenever I try it.
You should probably tell more about your problem and which TV-Show you are referring to. And yes...we still need the logfile. As the context is: Logfile, or it never happened

If you are talking about the " IPTV Stalker" Addon, see this list:
Official:Forum rules/Banned add-ons - Official Kodi Wiki
So if it is that addon, we don´t give any support for it, due to the reasons mentioned in the link above.

For a little further explanation...
Let's look at the 'ELEC' part of LibreELEC, which means:
Embedded Linux Entertainment Center
So it's always Linux
Now you could say.."Hey...Android is based on Linux as well". Then we say "Yes, it is. But LibreELEC is still it's own Linux Distro. LibreELEC is not a programm...it's an OS which ships a program (Kodi in our case)."
If you have further questions, let us know.
Cheers

I would start in the following way...
enable debug logging and providing the following logs if everything works as expected...each row is a single command:
Then use the headphones until they stop working. Then provide the same logs again to compare what might happen.
Without logs it's only guessing.

This one works for me very fine and out of the box with LE. But it's DVB-S:

From our wiki:
QuoteNote: Mostly we need a full debuglog. That means you have to enable 'debug logging' at Settings -> System -> Logging first.
From your log:
Quote22:54:26 55771.167969 T:1961848832 NOTICE: Disabled debug logging due to GUI setting. Level 0.
So you missed enabling debug logging
Do you use WiFi on a wired network connection? If Wifi, then try wired.

AeonMQ7 is nice but very buggy and if you want to have an actual version you have to pay for it.
You could also try the "Confluence Mod", which should support that feature you want to have

I have an Xbox One connected to the receiver as well and it works fine.Did you connect the xbox to the same HDMI port at the AVR like you connect LibreELEC to?
Could you probably try one of the alphas and see if things are getting better?
-
All fine...thanks for reporting

Beside the fact you dont habe any banned addons installed, but you have 3rd party repos on it, could you please try with a vanilla installation? So do a factory reset....ssh in and:
And reboot after the command above.
This will remove all your addons, repos and settings. All of them are stored in the kodi-bak folder. So restoring them is easy. But this will help to rule things out if your problem is related directly to OE or if your issue is causeb by an addon.
If the NUC boots fine after the command above, it's not directly LE.
Please try it and report back to help us finding the issue.

only few channels are ported to the services (like 10 of 1000).probably because the other ones are dead? That's very common for those "strange" m3u lists
