I guess you are talking about Radeon 5450. That should be supported
External harddrives are mounted but not shared automatically. You have to do this yourself.

The internal WiFi from the RPi3 isn´t the best. It´s recommended to get some dedicated USB WiFi dongle.
If you faced the issues after you have plugged in the DVB-S2 dongle, try to remove that to see if that affects the WiFi connectivity.

Might be nitpicking. But the RPi2 doesn´t use a SD-card. It uses a micro SD-card. If you really have a SD-card you should own a RPi1 and therefore the RPi2 image won´t work and you should get a rainbow colored screen. So please check if you really own a RPi2 and if you aren´t sure try the RPi1 image.

IIRC there are no builds for it. You might find something at the WWW. But as far as I know we don´t have community builds for it here.
There shouldn´t be a problem updating from Jarvis.
If you want to update from Isengard I would consider a fresh install. Updating might work, but if not you have to do it anyways.

I have the same thing (not the buffer but the audio dropouts). It may be caused by different audio signals the commercials are using. While watching a movie via Live-TV my AVR shows DolbyDigital for me. The commercials are analog signals which let the AVR switch to DolbyProLogic IIx and that causes the audio drop outs for me. A thing I can live with.

that and Windows 10 has some "fast boot" option in its settings. If that is enabled Linux can´t mount that NTFS drive. You will get an error. I had that with my Win10/Ubuntu dual boot installation. If you disable the "fast boot" option in Windows 10 you are able to mount that drive.
Not sure which Kodi version you are running. Be aware that there have been some skin updates for Kodi Release Candidates. If I enter my Addons-menu it looks like this:

And there you have your addon-browser. Not that hard to find.
The answer is still the same. Too many banned addons. Remove them, try again and if it still fails, provide a new log.
Just to say that, VMs are for testing purposes only.
Adelpha do you have the chance to install libreelec on any other device natively to see if the problem is your TV or not? It could also be the VM itself.
