+ Atmos, DolbyTrueHD, or 4K (with higher level audio) the video playback is smooth
+ Stream playback of a particular stream works with hardware acceleration on (always works)
+ Smooth video playback (no jutters)
+ Skipping back and forth has no negative impact upon subsequent playback (playback is smooth)

As well there was a Matrix clip that I picked up somewhere (I believe somewhere on this forum) that now plays smoothly with this beta1j build.
My memory after 4 days of being on is at 18% (does not appear to be a memory leak).

There is still the audible click after 60 second inactivity, and still no 3D support (the RPi does 3D MVC MKV's perfectly - I would like to see this fixed with the Odroid C2).

I hope to see these fixes implemented in the future release - great job guys!

There is gonna be no 3D MVC fix unless this is fixed in Kodi. There was a patch from koying that made it work in Jarvis. Unfortunately it was never mainlined. Once @peak3d's patches are merged in Kodi master we can think about to backport 3D. But it's not a high priority since most people on the Team (working on Amlogic) doesn't have 3D TV's anyway.

I merge everything and I try to not change too much. I try to provide builds according to LE releases. I had 009 and 010 alpha builds and now the beta that unfortunately wasn't released for amlogic 64bit.

No my builds are not fixed official. I'm working mostly with LibreELEC Team on official and I use my builds as previews for new features. I'm planning to merge my 32bit build feature for 64bit Amlogic with official someday. It's just not ready yet and my builds are here to find bugs so official can benefit.

My builds feature 64bit kernel and 32bit userspace. My builds are based on 7.95.1 which is still officially unreleased.
Pros:
- Kodi Krypton RC3
- No memory leak
- libretro which is 32bit works
- libwidevine which is 32bit too was confirmed working. Can play DRM protected content with inputstream.
- Huge Video playback improvement aka peak3d patches
- Real 23.976fps playback matching refresh rate of your TV.

Cons:
- Unofficial
- Only support from me
- Still alpha/beta quality (like official too)

No it doesn't help. We have actually 2 kind of problems here. Memory management in the kernel and a real memory leak. Because I'm using same 64bit kernel in my builds with 32bit userspace and I have no memory leaking.

Did you stop Kodi before running cec-client?

Its already fixed but beta was not released yet. Streams play with HW decoding. Btw twitch streams are broken by design. You can try my community build or compile from git.

I am using firmware v4(2012-12-06) and LE 7.0.3 (Generic.x86_64).

When I power off the LE it powe off the TV, so it is working well but I can not power off from command line.

You have to stop Kodi before you can use cec-client. Otherwise it's blocked. Alternatively you can use cec commands from within kodi, for instance python scripts or json.

I've included this fix in my recent build and I will be including it in future builds.
Long Press is no longer working because eventlircd is used. But now all the buttons work and can be remapped.
Its not ideal and I'm working on a fix.

Pretty easy fix.

I'll push it later/evening. Currently no access to my laptop. It's a pretty easy fix though.

Give it some firm testing. Also check if speed is dropping. Ping me with the results and I will create a PR if that fixes it.

Hehe, you can mention everything but it's best to mention it in my Thread over at wetekforums. It is my current build just with EEE disabled.
If the network adapter doesn't fail it should be save for daily use.

You probably just upgraded from aarch64. This is pure arm 32bit and tvh is working.
There is an instruction in my thread at wetekforums.

But its probably best to keep away from that version if you don't know what you're doing.

I disabled eee hw cap. I have currently no way to try it

Edit: I've tested it with iperf and 16 parallel Threads and I have Gigabit connection. I never had that issue before so please test it then I can send the patch upstream.

ethtool to query eee gives a Operation not supported.

Thanks for testing my build, I'm interested in that issue now ;). In fact thats true the memleak seems to gone in my builds.

Edit: I'll read up and throw a patch in my builds for you to test. I don't have that issue so I need testers.
