I had to write <IP> <hostname> in /storage/.config/hosts.conf
It's not good solution but it works

looks like a dns thing. have you set the dns server in kodi?Yes, I checked that two DNS servers were set in KODI LibreELEC by router dhcp.
MEDIASERVER host is in local segment. Can it be found by broadcast?SBM for host 'MEDIASERVER' shares works fine, KODI can find server host by name so I think server host name is resolved to IP address but WakeOnLan can't do lookup
