It is hard to talk about picturequality and zapping speed. I dont know what you call a good quality, or fast zapping...
All I can say that I am realy happy to bought one! For me the picture-quality is good and the zapping-speed is OK. Yes, it could be faster, but I owned STB-Receivers for much more money that were much slower!!
As a result oft all that, I would never buy an other STB-Receiver again. The Meecool K1 Pro withe LibreELEC on it, is just a dream that came true...

I stopped build Krypton versions (LE 8.x) as there are fully supported internal dvb driver in versions by kszaq. Also Krypton development stopped, there are no fixes for rendering (skipped frames). I am following Leia development, but there are CPU performance issues in rendering. Only S912 versions has acceptable builds for now.
You say that only the S912 versions have acceptable builds, I think you only mean the CPU performance, or is there something new with the GPU problem? I mean that would be awsome if the GPU problem would be solved...

Now Version 8.0.2e works on my K1pro But I have to put remote.conf to .config and not to .update. After that little change it works like a charme...

I have a new "Tomato X96 Amlogic S905X" Tv Box with 2GB RAM and 16GB Nand. LE runs like a charm on it!! But the "Toothpick-Trick" is not working over the AV-Port, the little push-button is in the IR-Port.
Another TV-Box is the "Sunvell T95m 4K" with 2GB RAM and 8 GB Nand. LE runs also like a charm on it!! But now LAKKA is working on this box.
My third TV-Box is a "X92 - Amlogic S912" with 3GB RAM and 16GB Nand. But this Box is horror... LE is not working well!! I think this model is to new and to many drives are missing...
PS: If you need the X96.dtb file please let me know and i will upload it!!
Could this patches maybe help to get better a GPU-Driver??

Hi everyone. I got the sunvell t95x (2g/8g version) and I tried to install Libreelec (I am new to this so I hope I did nothing wrong), but I cannot seem to find any wifi networks. When I go to settings-->Libreelec, there is nothing next to the connection tab.
I tried both gxl_p212_2g.dtb and gxl_p212_2g_nand.dtb
but none of them changed anything.
Can someone help me?
I cannot boot to android as I changed the bootvideo and a line in the build.prop file in the folder system/etc and since then I just get a yellow flickering screen when it tries to boot to android, so Libreelec is my final solution before sending sunvell t95x to the garbage .
I have the same box!! For me it works with the gxl_p212_2g_nand.dtb!!
