My RPi 5 with the official active cooler hardly ever spins up the fan. I mainly play 1080p h264 and some interlaced vids. Even when the fan spins up it's inaudible, only at initial boot does it make a noise. I don't use the RPi 5 fulltime (RPi 4 for that) but so far on LE12 it's played videos flawlessly, i.e. no detected stutter.

Thanks, disabling that notification will work fine for me.

I'm getting Libreelec update notifications appearing during movie playback. Usually two popups one after another. Is there a way to switch this notification off during playback? I can't find any options.

It really is distracting having these notifications appearing when I'm playing something.

I'm running the latest 7.95 beta.
