It seems to be present with all animations more often than not. LE bug or kodi bug, I wonder ?
This issue seems to have gone in the 8.0.0c build, must have been a kodi bug I guess

I find that the box shuts down after idling a couple of hours (it didn't shutdown/crash during playback yet btw). Is that a known bug?You haven't somehow got the 'shutdown after idle' option enabled in the power settings, have you ?

Metal boxes are not part of the Hardware and Specs.I vaguely remember the 'merits' of the metal cased boxes being pushed at all continuously by someone at the 'Ember' forum, a couple of years back. Perhaps Ray was influenced by this (or, indeed, may be the person who was so convinced this was a sign of quality)

It looks like dtb with WiFi working has disabled IR receiver?I doubt it.
If you're running LE from external just extract your remote.conf from the Android FW.
Failing that, either extract the remote.conf from a build / dtb that does give you a working remote or just google for remote.conf for your box and copy it to /storage/.config -
Well do we ever get a final release of LE. It's always improving by kszaq so it's never finalExactly.

5b is the final release of Kodi 17.
Read the first post.The changelog of the first page lists that this 7.95.beta5b release of LE is using Kodi 17.0 final (instead of beta releases of kodi).
It doesn't say that this is the final release of LE using kodi krypton which, I believe, is what was being asked.It would be strange to have a beta as the 'final release', don't you think?

You need your original Recovery and Device Tree from your Android Firmware to get back into recovery.Any recovery suitable for your device, but must be the original dtb from Android

An annoying bug:
- I switch from Estuary to another skin ( I have Amber and Mimic installed) and then back to Estuary,
- I press "back" on my remote to leave the skin selection screen,
- Kodi freezes and then restarts but it restarts without showing the splash screen. It goes directly to the home screen and loads again the channel information from PVR.FilmonThis happens only when I listen to audio streams from radio stations.
Why would you need to switch skins and back when you listen to audio streams?
Wouldn't the easy answer be not to do that?
