where would i find this debug log file because i am unable to see the screen on the tv even though i hear the clicks when i navigate?

What i mean by a build is just kodi, but with a different look..."eye candy".....i host my build on my own URL and it installs like a regular addon....from my wizard....nothing modifying LE....its just an addon to change the look and ease of use of kodi....but thanks for your response.

I hope this is the correct place to ask this question. Using RPi2 and I have latest LE version equivalent to 17.4....having an issue installing my custom build. I have my own URL and as i attempt to install the source and go through the steps all is fine. On forcing close option and reboot all that comes up is a black screen. I can hear in the background that something is there...but not even sure if its my build or not. Have also tried just installing the 2 folders required to transfer a build as a second option , remotely, and still get the same result. Build was created on a p.c. but is compatible for all devices. Not sure if i am doing something incorrect as i never had an issue with LE. If anyone can advise it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
