Any particular reason you are still on Kodi Jarvis?
It's possible that running multiple skins can cause conflicting parameter values in the same settings file.
Try renaming/deleting the guisettings.xml file, and restart LibreELEC.
You probably need to re-set some of the GUI values.
I would want to change the LibreElec fonts.
I think it's better to add the font(s) that you prefer, instead of removing a 'system' font.
Did you also select the proper audio output device in the System Audio section of the Kodi GUI? This does not happen automatically.

What can you tell us about your hardware running Kodi?
If using x86-64 Intel-based hardware, there is Chrome.
For RPi4-2/4GB, use Raspbian + Kodi + Chrome (or Firefox ESR).
Kodi for starters does not support multi/different-screen output. At best it will do a 'clone mode' on identical resolutions only.
Raspbian on the RPi4 does do both HDMI outputs, but I haven't tested Kodi that way yet.
The idea is to use LibreELEC/ KODI just to look pictures offered from the NAS via DLNA service.
Is this a practical solutions?
Right of the bat... Kodi does not support (sharing) pictures via DLNA/UPnP, this happens only for videos and music. Simply because there is no (shared) database for pictures in Kodi. If you want to view pictures from your NAS, use a direct share from your NAS via SMB or NFS to your tablet and PC.
Kodi wasn't designed for headless operations, although you can send commands to a remote Kodi client.
Honestly, for viewing pictures only you do not require a RPi4 or a headless Kodi.

I cannot tell you that. You will have to do a compare between the various dump files and see where things are different.
If those are the total database sizes, then perhaps caching values are different.
EasyBCD is not working with UEFI. So, can I follow this tutorial but with legacy installation instead of UEFI?
That "tutorial" was written some 2.5 years ago. Plenty of motherboards have more sophisticated BIOS/UEFIs onboard. It'll depend on the motherboard at hand to see if/how legacy modes are available.

You will need to be root to do that, AKA use 'sudo' when copying those files.

That's still odd. I'd like to know which settings do that.
All old databases below v114 can be removed, unless you have specific contents in them.
The table and view listing is okay.
If you can run multiple database servers, all you need to do is change the port number(s).
And I cannot download the log file for some reason.
How about you clean it up, I think there is a similar unnecessary amount of 'spam' in it. And then upload it to a normal pastebin website..

Kindly enable debugging, either via the Kodi GUI or the advancedsettings.xml file.
Then reboot LibreELEC, play the problem video(s), and provide the new kodi.log file.

Have you tried with a newer database server? v5.5 is becoming prehistoric.

As we are not sitting next to you in from of your computer, you will have to describe in much more detail what happens or what doesn't happen.
You are using an Android box, installed some software on it, and you have some problems during turning the TV off and on.

That's a pretty old version... Any chance you can upgrade it to something more contemporary?

You could also enable the Database component in the logging options.

You may have a corrupted database.
Can you check which tables and views are present on your database server?

It's a skin with lots of added 'features' but the whole package also has been pretty unstable IMO.
Change to the default Estuary skin and restart LibreELEC before providing a new log file.
