The answer to your question is not going to suddenly change when you ask it on a different forum...

I don't see any attempt of playing or starting a video in the log file you provided.
Perhaps a log of 1110 will show something?
I'm not sure what or how you extracted, but LibreELEC can do that just fine by itself.
Just place the correct .tar or .img.gz file in the .update folder and reboot LibreELEC.
As said, you can unzip the backup file. Any decent archive tool such as 7-Zip will support the .tar extension. So a Linux machine is not necessary per se. After that, copy the add-on's data folder for the item(s) you need, and Bob's your uncle.
Is this an installation with added/changed settings in the config.txt file. Try starting up with the default config.txt file.
Also, try a fresh install anyway with the default English language setting (I know, you French, hehe...), but it could be a language setting problem.
Right now, there are no options in the Backup/Restore tool to "cherrypick" what you like to backup or restore. It's an all-or-nothing situation.
What you can do is manually untar/unzip the specific LE backup file via a Linux machine,
and then copy whatever files you feel like are necessary back to your new setup.
So you'll need to get your hands dirty on this one, so to speak.
Two things ..
- The RPi-1/Zero is about the slowest RPi out there, so long(er) listings will simply take more time. How many channels are we talking here?
- Always provide the full kodi.log file, with debugging enabled, and submitted via a pastebin website, and not directly pasted into the forum. We like to keep the forum server clean.
I think OpenELEC only had 64bit builds after v5.8.0 afaik.
Just know that OpenELEC will not support any current add-ons or scrapers.
You may be out of luck, the archives for OpenELEC don't seem to be available anymore.
Most, if not all, of the unfamiliar video graphics will be done by the CPU. Which is not the most powerful one...
As far as I know, touchpad support was removed some time ago from LibreELEC.
Kodi is best and fastest navigated via the CRSR, BACKSPACE and ENTER keys anyway.
To see what is working or not, you could log in remotely via the SSH backdoor, and provide a 'dmesg' listing:
HP-Mini-210 netbook
That thing is almost 11 years old (if I'm correct), I didn't know it would run LE 9.2.6, but it's a 64bit machine apparently.
Broadcom CrystalHD Mpeg 2 video decoder?
The only time I heard of that hardware was in old Apple TV1 boxes... I'd be surprised if there is still support for it in the current Linux kernel or in the Generic build of LibreELEC at all.
LibreElec/ KODI log extract follows:
Please use pastebin websites for providing log files, so they don't unnecessarily fill up our forum server until eternity.
but I had troubles with an Addon
Which one?
It really doesn't help with comments like "same with me" and give no further technical info or simply the kodi.log file.
We still don't have a crystal ball on our desks.
Thank you for being our 1st guinea pig on using the RPi-400. Unfortunately we already noticed that the current LibreELEC releases will not work OOTB for your new toy. The 400 does have an upgraded and somewhat different chip. Wifi/BT is not likely to work now.
You need to at least manually upgrade the firmware with the very latest of RPi kernel and USB3 due to the current kernel used in LE: 4.x.
The RPi-400 will be fully supported OOTB with LibreELEC 10+.
Never mind... Apparently you couldn't wait for an answer on the Kodi forum.
You got "Wait for network" enabled?
I'm no technician, but perhaps using docker will get you a better environment for setting up external applications.
Perhaps set a higher offset value for the 'Wait for network' on the Rpi3.
It's a slower device.
The auction link has been updated. I wouldn't choose the 2955U (oldish) or the J1900 (linux kernel bug).
